「Très bel hôtel, propre avec un personnel super gentil. Ce fut le plus bel hôtel de nos 2 semaines de séjour.」

「This place was very quaint! The beds and the room was very cute - we had a balcony that overlooked the town and the mountains. The staff was very friendly, offered to have dinner each night if we wanted for 20EU it was a 4 course dinner. We didnt' have dinner, but it might have been good. The continental breakfast was fabulous! We made our own carrot/apple juice, the staff made us scrambled eggs to order and many different options (even gluten free for my friend). Ottima colazione con prodotti ogni giorno diversi . Personale gentile sorridente e professionale. Posizione a 5 minuti al centro di Canazei a piedi . Comodissimo. 「Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. 」

「Amazing hotel. Staff were very pleasant. Room was a suite which was lovely. Very good price for what we had. Dinner was included and was excellent. Breakfast was not bad but not as good as the dinner. All in all highly recommended!」
