"Everything was great, from friendly staff to cleanliness, the only complaint i have is that parking is $25 a night from the mall across(or $60 a night for valet parking), which i felt that guests that stay in the hotel shouldn't be charge for parking."

"I experienced some issues that were out of the hotel's control, such as construction noise around 1–2 AM. However, after a quick call just to verify the sound, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer me a room switch to the other side of the hotel. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. "Not your run-of-the-mill hotel. Older property steeped in history with warm, interesting architecture with a lot of heart. Excellent staff -- especially Falcon at the front desk and Raul at the pool bar. I had a little trouble keeping the room temperature constant, but I'll attribute that to user error. Overall a truly enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat soon."
