「Amazing stay」

「Super market is near--2 minutes walk. Nice lake view restaurant is 500 meter.」

「There was a fishy smell in foyer and no robes in rooms! The breakfast was way too many people for such a small buffet area.Did not meet our expectations as Healesville did.」

「The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again.」

「Good value and location. Bed was really comfortable. Poor lighting in room and bathroom. Venue felt like it was mid renovation.」

「I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat.」

「A fantastic room, clean, cozy and warm. Free laundry too. Very much appreciated.」

「I think the photos give the impression that this property is a little more "together" than it actually is. Whilst the bed linen and towels were on point and the bedding itself very comfortable, I'm afraid everything else was old, tired and mismatched making it feel more like someone else's holiday shack than simple cottage. The equipment in the kitchen is mismatched and hodge-podge and very minimal. Bring everything if you plan on cooking here, including utensils and oil etc. No milk was...

「Needs to be maintained more. Bath not ideal for older couples. The room was very dark and poor lighting.」
