If you are driving, please note parking is not free (10 to 12 euros a night), and it is tricky to find the parking entrance when driving (so ask for specific directions before arrival). "I fully understand that the star ratings are very contradictory. Please let me explain: I've stayed in this hotel approx 15 times and everything is great. However, there was a crucial, huge problem this time which made staying there very unpleasant. I am independently taking this matter up with Expedia as I repeatedly tried to get some advice and support, but got nowhere so I shouldn't comment on this here.
