「This property was probably stunning the day it opened. Unfortunately they have not kept up with maintenance, and so it is looking quite dated and feels a bit dirty even though there was nothing wrong with housekeeping. On the plus side, the pools were very well looked after by the pool team, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Great location, but don't recommend the buffet...」

「Lovely quiet location and great views. Rooms were quite dated and the daily cleaning was usually good but not always. No one explained how to get pool towels changed ( it’s at the shop by reception ).
It was very hot during our visit and the rooms air con didn’t seem to get cool enough. We had two rooms and one had much better air con than the other.
There was a large breakfast buffet but no variety over the 11 days we stayed.
Few non guests trying to use pool with kids but hotel staff were...

「Older but updated very well. Staff were just great helpful and showed real emotions. No fake stuff. What was best is the dinner. Not a buffet but a set menu selection. Food was fresh and gave the best selection. Each meal had two starters and three salads as well as a main three course selection. We were there a week and no repeats. Cost was low compared to outside restaurant's. Small beach on a sheltered bay. Close to a supermarket and walkable to town. We have been to Crete many times and...

「Hôtel qui a dut être très bien il y a quelques temps, celui-ci est très mal entretenu, la piscine est trouble avec des bouées partout, la salle de bain est dans un état lamentable. Je vous conseille de passer votre chemin」

「The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.」
