Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Apartment in Crete

The expectation was of a 4star apartment.The reality was a basic 2star! I realise it was a Cretan style building & have no problem with that but a few modern touches and some comfortable loungers etc would be nice.Crete is lovely and the people very friendly so we enjoyed our stay overall just not the hotel.

El hotel esta bien situado y es bonito y cuidado. El servicio da mucho que desear sobre todo el trato con los clientes. Hubo un mal entendido en las condiciones y no hubo ninguna colaboración ni ganas de arreglarlo por parte de la dirección del hotel. En la comida cuando se acababa alguna cosa no la reponiam y si lo pedias no te hacian ni caso.
