Find 3 Star Hotels in West of The Strip, NV from ￥11,685

"I didn't know you had staff to check in, when I first walked inside of the property all I saw was self check-in. I couldn't find the parking garage, I tried to pull up to the front door to ask someone, I only saw one person who was helping another guest, I sat there waiting for any other employee to come out so I could ask where the parking garage was located. There was NO ice machines working on the floors but yet the room had ice buckets, why did I pay a resort fee but couldn't use anything, the pool was closed..it cost $45 for two chicken sandwiches and two drinks..the other option Smash Burger stopped taking orders at 9:45pm, I arrived at 9:15pm but everything that I wanted to order was out so this is what lead me to the $45 chicken sandwiches.. but I can say, the property was pet friendly but not sure if I would stay here again. "

"The pools were closed down for maintenance, and it was over 100 outside. We really wanted to swim. We were very dissatisfied that the Hotel didn't say anything about the pools being closed on their website and the lady at the front desk didn't say anything about it. We found out when we went to the pools and they were locked with a sign saying it is closed. I went back to the front desk and asked her when they would be open and she just said I don't know. I then saw a sign on the counter about them. She really could have cared less about us as their customers. Looks like they have been closed for a while. The guy that came to fix our smoke alarm was very nice and he said he thinks that they may be open in a week or 2. I feel like we need to be reimbursed for some of our stay of 2 nights. This is what we were looking forward to was swimming and getting some sun."
