タキシラの三つ星ホテル

「The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! I really get appreciated by all as a guest. Thank you!」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful」

「Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.」

The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private and respectful environment. On another...
