「There are plugs near the bed. I could use my phone during charging it on the bed. There is shopping centre nearby and only a few minutes walk then you can get Kilkenny castle. Location is good.」

「二回目の滞在でしたが、前回同様部屋は清潔で、広々としていて、快適に過ごせました。一点だけ、チェックアウトの時に、Hotels.comで前払いをしていたにもかかわらずホテル代を請求されました。もちろん、気づいたので問題はありませんでした。また、機会があったら滞在したいです。」

「チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。部屋に入る際、キーの使い方に戸惑うことがありましたが、近くを通りがかったスタッフの方がすぐに助けてくれました。ダブリン行きのバス停もホテルの目の前にあり、とても便利です。」

「Nice and cosy, lovely meals and dessert at the bar. Parking at hotel. There is a small lay-by before the hotel on merchants quay as well as parking opposite by riverbank in order to drop off luggage. Parking instructions is at reception. The parking building is 3 streets behind the hotel called the Glen Car park. Take a ticket and it is validated when you leave so free parking. Only a 5 minute walk to hotel. When leaving take validated ticket to car park and bring car back to layby or opposite...

「There was plenty of space in the room. The shower was hot and had high pressure. The room could get stuffy, but fortunately there was a fan to improve air circulation. Being near the pub was not a problem and there was no noise from it at all.」

「Very comfortable stay. Would be happy to stay again.」

「Room was clean but could use a little attention (cob webs, some mould in the shower but staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is free for hotel guests. Directly across from hospital. 」
