「The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken. Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel. If I could negative stars, I so would」

「We stayed June 17th through the 20th and the food was great. Friendly and nice staff. They were very attentive always asking if we needed something. They provided tour information and booked it for us. Thank you Casa Basa for making a great experience.」

「If you want to visit this area, it is one of your only options. It is a beautiful location and the staff was helpful. It looks beautiful but it is really run down. We did appreciate hot water and you can see that they are trying to make some improvements. Never the less, the pictures are still very misleading. Expedia and other sites need to do a better job of removing these locations from their listings. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't going to be like the pictures but there are some...
