「There were many aspects that didn’t quite work out. The elevator was broken down, and apparently there was one in the back but no one showed us the way. Our radiator in our room was crazy warm, and there was no way to turn it off. When I went to reception, there wasn’t anyone down there for 5 minutes, and then he proceeded to condescendingly tell me there was a thermostat (there wasn’t). Ultimately he brought us a fan. If street noise is a dealbreaker for you, I’d choose elsewhere.」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. 」

「Staffs are kind and friendly. Although additional car parking space was available in back, the front was busy and sometimes fully occupied by visitors.」

「Centrally located in the town centre with on-site parking available. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room needed a refresh; the furniture was old and the bed was small. The bathtub still has the dreaded shower curtain that sticks to you when you try to shower and deposits water throughout the bathroom floor. No lift to the upper floors.」

「受付時に結婚式が入っていて大勢受付にお客さんがいましたが、こちらを見つけてくれて優先的に対応してもらえました。混んでいたので、車や荷物をお願いしたところ快くやっていただきました。」
