"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

"Upon checking in after all days travel we were told that we had only booking for 4 guest where we had 5 guests booked with Expedia, then we were told that we only paid 50% of the total amount. We all including 2 very tired you d children waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before the manager came and sorted it out. Room shower and radiator leaked and we were asked to check other rooms by handing us the key to several rooms on different floors to see if we like any other room to mover to ....

"Very convenient location. Room is good size. nice kitchetnette. the woman is not helpful, she wont even give a telephone call to a local cab. The man is shouting in Bulagarian language, if he dont agree with his terms. "Fawlty Towers" Food no i would miss. Breakfast i would give it a miss. should have bought my own food."

"overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. "We stayed in Hotel Centaur for four nights in August 2014, our time there added something magical to our trip and has given us wonderful memories. The hotel is owned and run by a mother and son team, who did so much to make us feel welcome and gave us a lovely taste of the local culture and cuisine. "

"The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that.
