"It's a new hotel and it's been open for 3 years. The front desk was friendly and helpful. She even took a picture with my mom. Also, Lizette Santos is the executive housekeeper and she was helpful and sweet with my mom. This was a wonderful cozy and warm place to stay. My family will rebook again when we visit."

We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. "
