Solid place. Great for the money, but downside was pool was advertised, but is closed for the entire season. They should take the pool off of the Expedia ad. It’s very misleading.

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and it was perfect having a washer and dryer in the room. Beds were comfortable. Great location to American Village, beautiful view of the water.

I was hesitant to choose because I hadn’t heard of them before. It just opened. I will not hesitate next time. The hotel was great! The staff was great! The food was great! The music show was great also. Real easy location and right on the beach. I am very satisfied with this hotel.

This place is awesome! It was clean and well maintained! Everyone was kind and helpful! They have onsite laundry and it was reasonably priced. There is a full amenities bar with everything from coffee to toothbrushes to razors. Breakfast is extra but it was good and they still served it during the typhoon. They had a couple of American items but there was local food too. I tried a few things I probably would not have ordered on my own. They also have an espresso machine. Just one more...

Hotel is next to the beach located in the middle of American City. Yet you still get that Japanese feel. There are slippers and a area to leave your shoes by the door. The bathroom is complete with onsen to relax in after walking around American City all day. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within minutes. Food/beverage prices were less than I expected in such a touristy location. The view at each window was amazing especially when watching the sunset over the ocean. Perfect hotel for my...

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Hotel staff are very courteous and provide excellent service. Within short walking distance of many restaurants and shops, including a large department store nearby.

it was a great place to stay

Right in the heart of the island and across the street from the zoo 10/10 highly recommend

Hotel staff very friendly, and were able to communicate with very good English. The staff was able to help with renting car, and suggesting places of interest in the area

Staff was very helpful and room was roomy for us to have visitors. Cleaning staff was very courteous

Convenient location and also a high quality hotel! I paid for the breakfast, which features some local Okinawan cuisine (e.g. champuru and taco rice) and Western cuisine. Very well maintained overall. It’s not too far off from the Yui monorail by about 2-3 blocks which connects to the airport and some historical sites. A block northwest is a small department store, while 2 blocks northwest is a museum. I would go back again!
