「We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The room was not very clean when we arrived, and during our entire stay there was no housekeeping service. Instead of cleaning the room, they would only bring us fresh towels every now and then, which is not what we expected. The room layout was also poorly designed. 「We had to clean room when we got there . Very nasty . Happened to be a one of the rooms with no balcony which was very disappointing. Pool was never very clean water was always hazy. The restaurant had pretty good food and the bed was comfortable. So I good split it down the middle on bad versus good . And I’m wondering if booking with Expedia explains the room. But either way probably won’t go back.」

「The hotel was nice, the concierge people were very nice and the front desk girl that checked us in was nice. There is a Starbucks thats in the hotel Bistro and my husband went to get a coffee and the girls ignored him until another couple walked in THEN they decided to help him. They apparently did that to a woman as well because she was complaining loudly at the front desk. They also state in the advertisement they are a 7 minute walk from the boardwalk and that is not true. So all in all It...

「The hotel was nice, our kids loved the water park and the location was wonderful. Being across from the beach was perfect! The staff wasn’t as nice as I expected. Overall for the money and location it was great.」
