"Booked a night here last minute after staying for a week around Lake Garda. So glad we did! Everything from the check in to check out was excellent. Brilliant staff and we were greeted warmly. The carpark is just up the the road in a safe location. The hotel itself is amazing, very clean and comfortable with decor that my girlfriend just loved! The breakfast spread was incredible and the fact it was included in the price was a bonus. Genuinely one of nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in."

"This hotel was in walking distance to the town as well as visiting local attractions. If you wanted a change of scenary, you could walk to the harbour and take a ferry across to the nearest town. The hotel is situated near a beach however if that doesn't suit you, they also have a pool. Cocktail hour is between 3pm to 6pm - recommend having after visiting the local shops 😄"

"Little water leakage in the shower area, the room is very small. Useless for setting up a swing inside the room which cant sit on it. Got dirts on the towels. Luckily I was just staying one night. Indeed, staff are nice and helpful."

You must know Google Maps can guide you to take the "Strada della forra" to get to hotel. This is a marvelous and very scenic route through the mountain, but I recommend it only for experienced and not nervous drivers, because is there are many curves and the lanes are very, very narrow. "Having stayed in the area many times this is by far the best hotel we have found. The hotel is quiet but very accessible for Malcesine via either the tourist bus or public buses. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was served on the terrace with amazing views. The pool bar served drinks, ice cream and a few sandwiches. Rooms were very clean. "We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apartment’. The apartment itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apartment other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apartment. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apartment and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!).
