"Comfortable bed. Dirty towel and broken cabinet door left some to be desired I. The room. I had to ask for the upper floor that I had reserved in my online reservation. The front desk staff seemed overworked and unsettled, not able to attend to guests adequately- I felt like a bother. Staffing issues it was suggested. "

"Personal parking was right across an unbusy street and didn't need to pay for it through the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were simple and well appointed. A vent in the bathroom would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a very nice stay."

"Very unique and awesome property to stay in! Knowing the history and backstory added to the overall experience, and were blown away entering the campus. All the look and feel that you would expect, but high end, and safe feeling right from entry. I have never had a hotel experience like it! "

"We loved our stay. We were in town for a concert at Key Bank and it was so convenient to walk there and back! Comfy bed and sooo quiet. We will be back. "

"Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore. "

"The Roycroft is an historic Inn with lovely rooms and decorated with beautiful period décor. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff very friendly. They are currently closed for lunch. It was nearly impossible to get water, coffee or a cold beer or cocktail all afternoon to sit on the veranda as we were blessed with perfect weather. Dinner has a nice selection of appetizers and entrees. Enjoyed the quaint village of East Aurora. "

"This is a very nice hotel and so convenient for Buffalo Sabres games. The price is steep but well worth it for the convenience of the location."
