Only concern (complaint) is the tight fit to get to the one toilet … tub wall corner and corner of the sink(on the opposite side) doesn’t allow a pregnant woman to pass freely. "Property is a great location for an event at HighMark Stadium. House was clean. The house has some ware and tare but overall worked out great for what we needed. Back patio wasn’t setup when we were there. The price was right for the property."

You have to take Ridge Rd into Lackawanna to find a Tops Market as there isn't much on Route 5 (Lake Shore Rd). All the eats are either on Ridge Rd or Route 62, aka South Park Ave.

They cannot help the neighborhood, but it was in a warehouse type location with a lingerie store next door. Strange area. Loved the Niagara Falls!
