An older hotel that needs some updating, but is clean. It sits right on the Niagara River, and is less than 10 minutes from Niagara Falls. The bed was comfortable and the whole stay was totally adequate for my trip. Had good fish and chips in the restaurant.

The workers were very friendly and inviting. Hotel is only 10 minutes from the Falls. We got the River View Room and the view was very nice. The hotel was very clean as well. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, my stay was a pleasant one at this hotel. The staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. The only negatives about my stay was that the hotel is pet friendly and it was about 20 dogs staying in the hotel at the time that I was. One person locked their dog in the room, and left the hotel and the dog barked the entire morning. At one point during check-in two dogs got into a fight in the lobby other than that my stay was great

Amazing staff and people around the area. The restaurant is very cute, and the food is great. Easy to move around the Niagara Falls. We travel with our service dog, and they were very attentive, which is a plus for me.
