It was very disappointing to be put on the only floor that did not have an ice machine when I had to ice my knee every night. The employees tried very hard to help us in any way they could and spent extra time to make sure we got what we needed."

"Beautiful hotel! For U.S. travelers, the rooms are small in comparison to the average hotel room back home. However, for the pricing and location, we didn't mind at all that the space was tight fit. It accommodated well for the two of us, and we were out most of the days anyways! We were grateful to have a safe, comfortable, friendly, and air-conditioned space to sleep. "Convenient location for Komachi Dori but on the other side of JR station so remains very quiet. A reminder to book parking ahead of time if you are driving to the location. Otherwise, it’s easy to find parking around but just no in and out privileges. We booked a family room for 4 but indicated only 2 people on Expedia. We called the hotel in advance to add the 3rd and 4th occupants and they will invoice when checking out. "
