"Staff were supremely helpful and efficient - helping me make local restaurant reservations and generally being above and beyond. The property is conveniently located near the bustling train station as well as the historic arcade street. And of course, the monorail. Clean, comfortable, economical. "This offers great value for money - it’s very clean, with all the usual hotel amenities (kettle, fridge etc) and in a good location. The only negative is that there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from turning the heating off and opening the window. The room was too warm for my liking so that would be the only negative point. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and it’s fantastic value for money. "

"A typical business hotel - clean, efficient and good value. Two very minor issues - the property is located at the 'rear' side of the station, so if arriving by train, be careful to take the right exit otherwise you may end up walking around in circles to find it. Also, the check-in is via automated self-serve screen and while there is always someone to help, can be a little confusing to anyone using this system for the first time."
