I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "It's a hotel in the mt. Hiko area. The room is a bit dated and requires a bit fixing, but overall it's a nice stay. The view overlooking the mountain and forest is great. "

"Room was a little worn out but actually lended to the old European style they were going for, garden view from room was pretty good but very nice from the all-day restaurant during breakfast buffer (which also had a great selection of Japanese and Western food), would be good if they had a coin laundry available rather than or additional to the pay per item wet or dry clean"
