"Beautiful place quite close to the centre of the island. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms, we got there by walk it took 20min for the port but the google map location is for their pool. All and all we had a really good experience there "

Which is Fine as long as you know. It is a careful walk to Ischia port as road is so narrow. Took us 15 minutes. Would stay again "

"This place is for savvy travelers. It could easily be a 4 or 5 star hotel. Amazingly clean! It’s location is great if you like to walk for 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurants and coffee shops all over. I was discouraged when I saw the taxi driving away from the port without knowing that Ischia has this beautiful area called Casamicciola. "It was a nightmare. I booked this place for 3 nights. I was given basement room, air conditioning was not working and it was hard to breath there. After sleeping 2 hours i woke up with bites all over my body. The room was infested by mosquitoes. This was first time in my life that during my 50 years of travelling I would check out after one night stay. The man at front desk was surprised. I asked him to go to look the room. He didn’t go. His only interest was to charge me 3 nights. No apology."

They provide transport collection from the harbour to the hotel and drop off and in between too, if needed. It is very clean and the views are stunning from the hotel. "The hotel is average at best Room didn’t have water or trash can. It was very basic Water in the bath wasn’t hot Breakfast was ok but it starts at 8 am! I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late! You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk! There’s one coffee machine with a long waiting line There’s a beach around 7 minutes walking but the guy at the hotel invited us to private beach which is paid Hotel should offer free shuttle...

"Really well placed family hotel in village location, just 4 minutes from the port/beach. Spotlessly clean. We could access a choice of sitting-out places in shade, or with sea views, as our room did not have a balcony. Highly recommended "

"My 5 and 9 years old girls loved it, the pool and the short walk to the bay with their thermal waters was the main attraction. We ate beautiful pizzas and salads at the snack bar, and the drinks were reasonably priced. But getting there and out with public transport was an odyssey, absolutely horrible, specially with the children. They do shutter buses from the hotel to Panza, where you can get the bus to other locations, but again, be mindful of the crows and the heat in the local buses!...
