We never received a call and when we came for check in at the correct time, they did not have the room we have reserved. After much complain we still ended up in a different room with 2 tiny twin beds. Room was old and sloppy and felt that administration really did not care about offering customers a good experience. "A lovely well-positioned hotel. We stayed here during our ski trip in Val d'isere and it did not disappoint. It has a warm and cosy feel to it. Our room was cleaned every day, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! "

"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental.
