「I use a walker and it was very easy to get around. I will stay again.」

「I stayed here expecting to use the pool, since it was listed as one of the amenities. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out the pool was closed and not available during my stay. This was really disappointing, especially because it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I understand that maintenance or unexpected issues can happen, but it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly updated this information online or notified guests ahead of time. Being transparent about unavailable...

「The room we were in was in poor shape. The flooring had warped and needs to be redone. 90% of the plugs were so old that they wouldn’t even hold a cellphone charger to connect to electricity. The hotel needs to be renovated」

「Our stay was pretty comfortable. We were sad to find out that the hot tub was shut down for resurfacing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in quickly. We paid extra to stay in one of their suites. The room was not very clean. The mini fridge was covered in spilt soda, the bathroom floor had yellow staining, one room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, and there was hair from other people on the floors of the bathroom and in the shower/jacuzzi.」
