"Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly. Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "

"A very old-fashioned hotel, definitely needs to be modernized immediately; The room is spacious for 3-4 large suitcases though. "

"Good hotel "

"Perfect location & staff were so friendly - recommend"

"Helpful and nice staff, clean property, close to train stations. Basic, nothing fancy but good value."

"Staff will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect."

"Honestly everything was amazing the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the bed was uncomfortable. I have met the most friendly staff in Japan in this hotel! Free parking was also a very good bonus! "

"Hotel is located right next to Inuyama Station making it easy to get in and out of the city. The property is relatively new. Helpful staffs, good centralized air conditioning, comfortable bed, on-site spa, and great breakfast are very much loved."

"Room was clean and comfortable, temperature was nice "

"Nice walk from train station through town past museum"

"Good location. Decent breakfast. Nice staff. Recommend a room upgrade if you can. Beds in regular room are not very comfy. Close to shopping and restaurants."

"Good chain Japanese hitrl with free parking "
