"The hotel was very convenient, next to Nagoya train station and in the same building with Meitetsu bus station, there is the Family Mart in the same building too. Staffs were friendly, room was clean, good size but outdated, breakfast was ok, didn’t have a lot of choices. We didn’t like they charged the fee when we asked for 1hr of extension bc their checked out time at 11am instead of 12pm as the other hotels we stayed and we were checked in late at 9pm on the 1st day due to our flight."

"The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No. "
