「My room was not very clean. I didn’t even want to shower here.」

「The room was clean but the property looked very run down and had a smokey smell as soon as you walk in the front door. I did not use the casino.」

「Overall the hotel was fine room was clean staff was very friendly the complimentary breakfast was very good and i know its not their fault but the hottub was broken was really looking forward to that after long drive and after walking the zoo in omaha all day and the pool was super small the TV in the room was going out had a terrible purple haze to it really bad. But overall good hotel」

「The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. Evening reception with 2 free drinks? Yes please! The room had a separate living room/sitting area. The room was huge! Breakfast the next morning is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Embassy Suites has now spoiled me. I will look for them wherever we travel!」

「Clean, friendly, and inviting. We asked to check out 50 minutes after our check out time and they were quick to say…… yes no problem.」

「It was modern and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.」
