「Nice hotel fairly close to Madrid airport. Good size room and good AC. Free shuttle to airport only goes at the top of the hour though and max 20 people. Shuttle makes multiple stops at bus and various terminals so can take more time than a taxi. Forgot to report this at checkout - an odd thing happened around midnight. The room light by the entry door went on for a couple minutes and woke me up. At 1st thought maybe someone in room, but no one there thankfully and it went off.」

「The room was clean and large. But it was difficult and confusing to locate the bus. The sign should be large. So that international travellers like us feel more comfortable. 」

「朝食は種類豊富で、非常においしかったです。特にフレッシュオレンジジュースはおいしすぎでした。 部屋もとても快適でした。 連泊していたのですが、2日目の早朝シャワーの水温が上がらず、少し困ったことがありました。 空港までのシャトルバスもあり、徒歩圏内にスーパーもあります。地下鉄までも距離はありますが、徒歩圏内ですし、散歩がてら歩くのが良いです。 マドリード市内へもアクセスも良い。」

「洗面所の扉の内側のトッテが壊れていて、開け閉めに困りました。 4泊して、毎日お掃除に入ってもらったのですが、ベットメイキングはしているけれど、シーツは変えていなくてびっくりしました。 １日だけ、シーツを外して洗濯物のタオルと一緒に置いておくと、シーツは新しくなっていましたが、もう一つのベッドは使用したシーツのままでした。 コップも変えてくれないので、２日目からはホテルのものは何も使えなくなりました。 シャンプーリンスもなく、ボディソープで全身洗うようになってました。 お国柄なんでしょうか？日本のホテルとの違いにかなり戸惑いました。」
