The reasons are reasonable price, good breakfast, closer to the Kintetsu railway station and bus stop to Kintetsu Shiroko Station. "The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk.
