「Town Terminusのバス停から徒歩で向かいました。直前の角を曲がった後は目印となるものがないため不安を覚えますが、ドイツ銀行を過ぎたところに目立たない入口があります。部屋にはひと通りのものが揃っており快適でした。WiFiの速度も問題ありませんでした。」

「Great location, staff all friendly and efficient. Lovely breakfasts. Hotel is being refurbished in stages, but room was fine and public rooms are lovely. Whilst location is great, might be problematic for anyone with mobility issues. Also, there is no lift at the hotel so make sure to book a ground floor room if needed. Highly recommended!」

「Newly refurbished rooms, staff lovely, pleasant, comfortable stay, apart from the double glazed window in room, which was gapping and didn't keep out the noise from the extractor fans. Needs fixed. Made staff aware of this and they offered to change rooms, but, we were happy to stay put. Rooms held the heat so wasn't too much of a problem. Window still needs sorted though. Room 91. Cobweb dust on every corner of ceiling, so, although room adequate, needs properly cleaned. Enjoyed our stay though...

「This hotel has a very interesting historical background with all the comforts one expects at a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and receptive to any requests. The room we stayed in was clean, well taken care of by housekeeping and had updated and modern bathroom and lighting/appliances. very nice and comfortable common areas, clean looking pool. excellent included breakfast, continental breakfast as well as hot breakfast made to order. Friendly kitchen staff as well. Also the food at the bar...
