「Very nice hotel, very good staff the room I stayed in did not have Wi-Fi. However, Wi-Fi was available in the common areas. Really enjoyed my stay.」

「このホテルの良さは、ホテルの対応の良さです。何か困った時に相談すると、快く引き受けてくれました。例えば、チェックイン前の荷物の預かり、トイレの対応などとても良かったです。また、朝食もとても美味しく子供たちも毎朝楽しみにしていました。1階ロビーでの、コーヒーの振る舞いもうれしかったです。 少し残念なところは、荷物を置くところが少ないところや、長期滞在のときの洗濯物干すところがないところです。」

「部屋はWiFiが繋がらない、ロビーのみ。ロビーも繋がらない日があった。フロントにもまともに英語が話せる人間がいない。目の前のビーチは「江の島並み」。部屋は広さ十分だが、古い。一応、お湯のシャワーは出た。島のビーチはキレイだが、セント・マーティン周辺やメキシコのユカタン半島ほどキレイというわけではない。このホテルだけの話ではないが、この島はインフラがなっていない。」

「Es un excelente lugar pero con algunos detalles. Si bien se entiende que está en construcción aún y que viajé en temporada meda/baja hay elementos que son mejorables. Las comidas a pesar de ser buffet son limitadas y en algunos casos reciclan lo del desayuno para la cena, como el pan, por ejemplo. Las gasesosas a veces están sin gas. El aseo estuvo defectuoso en los pasillos que se veían algo sucios y a pesar de avisar no lo limpiaron. En cuanto a atención nada que decir, el personal es muy...

「After it has heavy rain, the rain water comes into the room, even if the windows are closed. It was heavy wet and terrible. They could not change the room because our room type was full.」

「Being honest, it was nothing like the pictures. Bathroom doors wouldn’t close, closet either. Not 1 decoration in wall. I’ve been in many on vacation hotels and this is the complete opposite from what I’ve been in. 」

「La struttura é molto carina, le camere sono pulite e tenute molto bene. Il personale é molto gentile, si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. C’è possibilità di combinare tutti i vari tour tramite il ragazzo della reception, che è davvero molto gentile. La posizione é vicino all’aeroporto, quindi non proprio in centro ma dista 20 minuti a piedi. A 5 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia e nelle vicinanze si possono trovare caffetterie/ristoranti. Consiglio in quanto la zona é molto tranquilla 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Hendaus. First of all, the neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. It's about 5 minutes away from the airport and a few minutes from el centro. We rented a scooter during our time on San Andres but taxi service is cheap and available. 「Just across the street you will have the best coralline white beach at the Caribbean. Excellent for swimming, diving, snorkling or just relaxing with a cold Colombian beer in your hands. Excellent prices. With the same money you have to spend in North American or Europe daily you can stay 3 or 4 days in San Andres Island. 」
