We were very disappointed with Ataraxy, we could not make it to our trip, my wife was hospitalize suddenly we notify Expidia and the hotel and Expidia was very nice to try to get a credit for us but Ataraxy will not accepted. we had other hotels booked and with the same situation they were understanding and gave us credit. We still are planning our trip but will not stay at Ataraxy. We felt no compassion or sympathy together unseen circumstances. We appreciate Expidia who did a great job with cancel all our bookings. Thanks

Staff ver nice. Room adequate. We had a problem with water leaking into the bathroom from somewhere, so we had water on the floor all the time. The air conditioner couldn’t dry up the humidity in the room. The staff kept coming in to shut the ac off, when we left the room. No hot water for showers. Reason given was, because of Covid. Very good location, middle of downtown. Lots of restaurants and a very short distance to the beach. No buffet breakfast, as advertised! Not bad for the money we paid.

In short: I do not recommend it. Why? Well, in essence I have the following comments regarding the hotel: 1. The service is actually very good. Quite above average, and that needs to be emphasized. In relation to the attention of the hotel staff and their hospitality I have no complaints. 2. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and common areas is not the best. Moisture stains, smell of paint in the rooms, washbasin, etc.. The restaurant also does not have the best possible cleanliness, the chairs are dirty, the tables are dirty and the floor with clear signs of not having been properly cleaned, dirty windows all the time and everywhere .... 3. The air conditioner leaks water inside the room, which makes the humidity issue even more serious. In short, the hotel has the potential to be good if they improve the cleanliness and maintenance in general, but as it is now, it is not the best option for the price they ask. I would like to highlight, however, the excellent attention we received from the staff.

A localização é tranquila, porém simples, com poucos comércios importantes por perto; para um mercado maior é preciso caminhar 7–10 minutos, e muitos moradores nem conhecem o hotel. O retorno da praia pode ser cansativo. O atendimento foi o melhor da estadia: o Frank é extremamente simpático e prestativo, e havia também um senhor muito gentil que ajudava no café e em pequenos reparos. O hotel precisa de mais funcionários. Ficamos no apartamento 11, que fica fora da recepção. A cama é grande e muito confortável e o frigobar funcionava bem. O ar-condicionado funciona, mas não gela o suficiente e demora a ligar porque depende do cartão. O quarto não tem janela nem cortina, tem cheiro forte de umidade, poucos móveis e nenhum local para secar roupas. A TV é grande, porém com a parte inferior da tela distorcida. O banheiro tem bom tamanho, dois espelhos e água quente, mas a regulagem é difícil. O banheiro molha inteiro, escorreguei no primeiro dia e nem sempre havia tapete. Faltam suportes para produtos de higiene, a bica da pia é ruim e o móvel inferior estava sujo. A limpeza deixou a desejar: encontrei tampinha de cerveja, cacos de vidro e insetos mais de uma vez. A umidade e a dificuldade para secar roupas também incomodaram. O café da manhã é simples, com ovos mexidos, pão de forma, geleia às vezes congelada, frutas, iogurte, sucrilhos e café, mas a qualidade dos itens não é boa. No geral, pode atender quem precisa apenas de algo básico para dormir.

bom custo benefício

os funcionários, especialmente o Frank, que domina o espaço com sua simpatia, são muito gentis e dispostos a ajudar com dicas e questões da pousada. os quartos não tem janela, e não é possível deixar o ar ligado para manter o quarto ventilado, então suas toalhas e roupas não secam. o chuveiro não era bom, com baixa pressão de água e gotas que se espalhavam para todo o banheiro - já que também não há box no quarto que estávamos. depois do banho, o banheiro inteiro ficava enxarcado, o que nos incomodou bastante. a hospedagem não tem elevador, então é necessário subir os lances de escada com todas as malas. para quem tem limitações nesse sentido, esse é um fator bastante considerável. no café da manhã, as opções eram bastante limitadas em seleção e quantidade: se você acordar um pouco mais tarde, possivelmente ficará sem opções. sobre a localização, é um pouco mais distante do centro do que eu gostaria, especialmente para os retornos a noite, quando a rua fica mais vazia e pode assustar. ficamos por apenas dois dias, então os pontos mencionados não foram grandes fatores - mas em uma estadia um pouco mais longa, com certeza incomodariam. no geral, recomendo para quem busca um custo benefício bom e terá uma passagem mais curtinha pela ilha :)

Pousada agradável com ótimo custo benefício!

Fomos muitíssimos bem recebidos pelo responsavel da Recepção, o Sr. Frank, que nos deu todas as informações e dicas sobre San Andrés. Nos sentimos acolhidos. A pousada é simples, porém bonita e limpa (muito importante informar que todos os dias existe serviço de limpeza pela manhã). As demais pessoas da equipe também são simpáticas. Quarto possui Smart TV com excelente acesso a internet. A única observação que deixo para os donos do empreendimento é que coloquem apoios no quarto e no banheiro, onde possamos pendurar nossas toalhas, roupas úmidas e principalmente produtos de higiene. Nosso quarto não tinha armário e cabides, e isto fez muita falta. No mais, vale a hospedagem. Excelente localização!

La verdad no fue la mejor elección de Hotel, falta mayor atención con los huéspedes al llegar a las instalaciones.
