They have a complimentary boat to take you to the other side of Caye Caulker which is nice and they set up your taxi from the airport to the water taxi terminal to get to the island. My favorite were the food, drinks, restaurants on site and the friendly staff. The downside was the noise from the construction late at night which actually woke me up two nights in a row, the bikes were so old and uncomfortable to use and another guest...

"Barefoot Caye is located on the main strip of Caye Caulker. The staff is very professional and go above and beyond for all guest. The pool is a nice touch and the rooftop is amazing to watch the sunsets. I will most definitely return to Barefoot. The people are very friendly and the island is safe. "
