「Very nice clean room with AC, fridge, TV, and WI-FI. Comfortable, clean beds. Check-in was a breeze.Very nice and friendly owner. Centrally located and very close to multiple restaurants in prime part of Caye Caulker and within walking distance from ferry. This hotel is a gem and glad we found it. Convenience floor downstairs is also a plus and makes for quick and easy shopping. 」

「I booked this property after a disappointing experience at an AIRBNB on south Caye Caulker. Alyssa (sp?) greeted me with a cool fruit drink upon arrival and it set the tone for the rest of the stay. The property is beautiful, clean and bug-free (except for mosquitos once you get away from the grounds). The best part of the stay was the staff. It feels like family (and some of them are). Just nice people.」

「Owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our Tower Room was huge, very comfortable king bed and comfy futon. Full kitchen. We liked the fact that we were a little bit out of the noise of town. We had a golf cart (helpful because it rained ALOT!) but they supply bikes and it is not a long walk to town. Their little restaurant is very good! Very pleasant stay…we would recommend staying at Seremei Villas!!ll」

「Perfect location for me. Great pizza delivered to my room. So much good food and great beaches and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Simple, good WiFi, cold AC. All I needed. However if an occasional gecko, roach, or some pealing paint ruins your day this may not be the place for you. 」

「Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. He was a pleasure to talk to and made our stay fantastic, he...

「They made my trip an amazing experience. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they made sure I had a great room with the best views of the resort. The food was amazing and I couldn’t complain about the amenities. There wasn’t necessarily a beach due some recent construction but other hotels have similar beaches. My favorite area of the resort is the pool on the 6th floor during sunset. I went to see the sunset every day. Staff was nice, friendly, and always happy to help. I have no complaints!」
