"A top notch, classie hotel. Staff were very smart, polite & professional. I had a buffet lunch there & it was superb. Lots of choices. A large room too. Would stay here again 100%. A 5 minute walk from town and the same for the train station. "

"Lovely quiet spot away from the crowds in Yufuin, excellent food and fantastic service. The hotel is older but has been maintained. The rooms are simple but clean, large and comfortable. As all rooms in Japan there is limited places to put suitcases and unpack fully. Lobby and restaurant are beautiful and very modern. Highly recommended. "

"We opted for a complimentary parking and breakfast package. The free parking is really helpful. The rooms are ordinary but the buffet breakfast was good, with Japanese and Western choices. "
