A top notch, classie hotel. Staff were very smart, polite & professional. I had a buffet lunch there & it was superb. Lots of choices. A large room too. Would stay here again 100%. A 5 minute walk from town and the same for the train station.

This hotel has everything I anticipated. No surprise. Room is spacious (compared to Tokyo), staff friendly, food delicious, lots of room for parking spots, nice and quiet natural scenery. Staff speaks good English. They have ice machine and coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ube again.

スタッフの方々が皆さんずおも感じ良く挚拶しおくださいたした。建物は叀いのでしょうがお掃陀が行き届いおいたした。お郚屋は気にならなかったのですが廊䞋など独特なニオむがあり少し気になりたした。 朝食の時にさほど広くないレストランにスタッフの方が名も立っおおり䜕だか食べにくい雰囲気でスタッフの方が走ったりしおいたので萜ち着いお朝食が食べられなかったのが残念でした。
