"Good location near shopping malls"

"The staff maintained the highest quality of customer service."

"Everything was perfect!!"

"staff are all good."

"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean, very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. The furniture was scratched and worn, the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years, and the bathroom was cramped and had a weird smell.its was a non refundable room but will do my best to...

"the location is convenient"

"The property was very nice and attractive. The staff were very receptive, courteous and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed our stay there."

"Church of Our Lady of Peñafrancia and shops nearby."

"Nostalgic Vibe"

"The property is accessible and clean, and the staff are accommodating. However, the room we checked into was noisy, there was no phone signal, the Wi-Fi was weak, and we were unable to use the TV."

" Clean room, courteous staff, & accessible to the mall. Overall - superb!😊 "

"Bus terminal is just beside the property. Staff are very courteous. "

"i booked in hotels.com but when we were about to check in they cant see our booking. 1 of our booking was seen in expedia.com. i showed them the confirmation receipts, bank details of payment and they gave us a room. staffs are accommodating"

"I have stayed here numerous times... a new manager just took over and she runs this hotel horribly. She no longer allows any upgrades even for long time loyal guests! She has stopped a guest “laundry” service that was very appreciated in the past. Now, as of March 14, 2020, I see they have greatly increased their room prices!! At $24.00 the place was bearable, at $40.00 as it sits now, is a total ripoff!! Terrible food, old worn sheets with no mattress pad, disgusting!! For $40.00 starting...

"Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :("
