Although not apparent from the pictures, the hostel is actually a former home converted to a hotel. Not all rooms have private bathrooms. Food a restaurant on the premises was quite good. Staff were very helpful.

Staffs are amazing, they all need a raise. The property is beautiful and the concept is like you're in Hawaii, but the owner needs to spend a little money in maintaining the property aesthetics, such as fixing some loose tiles on the pool and the dining area, caulking the edges of the wall in the rooms and tighten some loose power outlets. Location is great, comfy bed, nice staff, breakfast was good, prompt shuttle service. I’m glad that I made the right choice. We’ll definitely stay there again. Only comment is, I have to wait for 20 minutes when checking out because they have to check all the towels in the room which is no big deal.

This property is brand new and everything looks perfect. I’m from the US and I’ll say that staying in this hotel made me feel that I didn’t leave the country. The property is very clean and located just across the mall. Their good size gym and the pool are my favorites. Rate is reasonable. This place is highly recommended by a very picky person like me.

The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. The day staff at the front desk especially the lady who helped me with my laundry was awesome. i failed to get her name.

The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.
