The staff stood out for their genuinely warm hospitality and exceptional service; I’d give them more than five stars if possible! From the seamless airport pickup and quick room preparation to resolving a minor issue in record time, every detail was taken care of. Since our study research visit required daily travel to some surrounding remote areas, the staff went above and beyond to arrange reliable cab services, ensuring our commutes were smooth—even during tropical storms. "We usually take trips as a family which I then book a large room. Since I was alone this time for a short weekend visit to my wife's relatives I booked a small budget room. Surprisingly it was comfortable and clean. The amenities were very nice as they had a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor garden dining area as well as a beautiful cozy indoor dining area. Next time I visit i will book a larger room which does look beautiful on the website. More importantly, I have to give big kudos to the staff who were all very friendly, nice, and helpful. The front desk staff are excellent! "
