"The apartment needs serious updates if not a complete renovation. The microwave plug doesn’t reach the outlet. The kitchen cookware is rusty and bent. We found a dead roach in a tea cup. "We only stayed one night but it was very clean and nice. They had people outside in the lobby and sidewalk area having drinks as a social gathering. I would recommend staying there."

The place itself is very well located, but the bunkers are not very solid and are made from light wood (I was on the top one and all night waking up because every time the guest underneath me moved, the whole bed moved too). The communal shower is also very tight. Overall, budget friendly for backpackers who don't mind a certain degree of discomfort "

"Lennon and the rest of the staff were great. The hostel is in Leme, close to Copocabana, but has some limited transportation. The hostel itself was well maintained, and the other guests were enjoyable to spend time with. Overall I recommend this Hostel"

"The hostel was okay. Locations was good. It did not feel very clean. It was dirty. Thankfully had an air condition but it’s only setting was freezing. Which I guess is good if your in humid Brazil. Sheets they provided were pretty gross. It was a fitted sheet and thin sheet. No blanket. But the people were very nice. "

The breakfast buffet is minimal and dissolved quickly by people who literally thrust it into their bags without any oversight, and from thereon it isn't replenished correctly for all the other guests.The guy responsible for making the breakfast was super rude too.
