"The location is good and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to make you comfortable."

"No use of elevator. Walked 4 flights of stairs to get to tiny room. Air conditioning broke in my room and son’s room. Couldn’t fix till check out day. Staff was ok but didn’t offer a different room till 5 pm when made arrangements to leave early."

"first of all the property was not near the Cascade, as indicated on the Expedia map, but near the airport. Secondly the owner didn't accept that I paid through expedia he insisted i pay him as well. which I did, after communication with expedia help desk. Then the owner charged me more than Expedia did. plus ii is really not a good hotel, noisy grom the highway and from the customers, old small rooms an facilities that require upkeep"
