 I spent twenty winter nights in Room 17, and Economy Double Room on the 2nd floor ~ Very large room with high ceiling, four electrical outlets, wall-length window looking out over nearby snow-covered buildings ~ Bed, ‘fridge. table, chairs, usual ‘closet’ for clothes ~ Didn’t use the small TV ~ HOT shower in a largish bathroom ~ WI/FI was strong, important to me ~ Standard aircon-heater and radiator ~ Front-desk staffer Tatiana quickly facilitated my check-in so I could get to my room’s bathroom, and director Lilit who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay ~ Thank you ~ That said, all staff were friendly and helpful, speaking some English ~ Lastly, the hotel’s location is city-central, with a large supermarket and several restaurants nearby ~ I recommend the nearby Lebanese café ‘Khmorjik Bakery’, and I recommend the Yerevan Centre Hotel ~

I extremely liked my stay in this hotel. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me with all my questions and even organised my travel tours. It’s conveniently located next to the all restaurants and stores . Thank you again to everyone who works in this beautiful hotel.

予約する時に毎日部屋の掃除がある条件でしたが滞在3泊の間一度も掃除無し、アメニティの補充も清潔なタオルの交換もありませんでした。その割には料金は高く、二度と泊まりません。

"Un emplacement idéal, en plein cœur du centre-ville, entouré d'innombrables restaurants et cafés animés offrant une cuisine de qualité. Malgré cette effervescence, l'hôtel reste un havre de paix, en retrait de la route, garantissant un calme absolu, sans le moindre bruit. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours disponible, chaleureux et réactif. Chaque problème, même minime, est résolu immédiatement avec professionnalisme et bienveillance.
