"This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle). Most importantly is the free airport bus shuttle which is literally 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again! "

"This hotel has a water view and walking trails in front of hotel. Many dining options are available in the area. But this hotel has no hotel employees and check in with Kiosk only. Room is clean and equipped what the travelers need. But rooms needs more instructions in writing each controlled buttons. I had a on-dol room but I did not know how to control the temperature. I figured it out after I wake up several times at night. This is the reason I didn't give full 5 stars."

"This is a criticism for pretty much all Seoul hotels. The Aventree is a modern building. Well insulated, but Koreans have a mandated heating system that is around 28-29c and thicker blankets. The AC is centrally turned off, and windows are locked or semi locked to a partial open. This makes for miserable nights trying to get a cool enough room to sleep. Unfortunately, staff can do nothing about it as it is alternately explained as “government or senior management” mandate where the fuses...

"This property itself is really great and the staff are all super friendly and helpful, especially with foreign travelers, like myself. The surrounding area has lots of small shops and dining options, as well as franchise eats and shopping as well. I would stay here again! There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel that has a couple lines stopping there as well as an airport bus, which is super nice and convenient."

"Very close to the subway, friendly staff and good food options nearby. Beds are pretty firm, but good value for a few nights. Felt more like a homestay in the big city which was very nice. "
