It was smaller than we are used to, for sure, but it was in the location we wanted and was in our price range (about $60/night). "Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "
