"Staff was nice. The hotel and room were not satisfactory, bedsheets were not clean, room doors were broken. Informed the staff but nothing was done."

"Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience "

"They denied my booking with Expedia saying that they don't accept booking from Expedia. Thankfully, Expedia provided me with a better alternative stay."

"The overall environment was rustic. The room was good. As most hotels or guesthouses here, people do not pay attention to detail; forget aestetics. It has courtyards on 3 levels. The service team was always available. I reached out to them in advance and received taxi service from the airport. "
