「Highlight of stay was there extremely courteous staff, dealing with them was always a pleasure. Facility was well located looking over River Ganga. Only discomfort was there loose spring mattress.」

「Very poorly managed. Rooms were stinky, towels were missing. Except for the manager, the staff was rude and not trained. Restaurant service was pathetic. 」

「The welcome here was so lovely. I was given complimentary breakfast and the staff were so kind. My room was lovely, clean and inviting. As a lone female traveler I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The hotel is conveniently located and within easy walking distance to shops at Laxman Jhula. The breakfast was great and the room service was swift. The food was tasty and healthy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「We enjoyed the stay at the Dream inn. It took several hours before the warmed up to comfort on first night. Shower door is beneficial due to slip and fall in f not careful . Overall, it t seems as a pleasant stay and the staffs were very helpful. Thank you all」

「The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. 「Everything was so dirty and stinky and also bedsheets are like 50 years old and ripped! With this money we paid here we got much better hotel on other places in less money! I never prefer to anyone to stay here! 」
