「La camera e il bagno non erano molto puliti (polvere e cattivo odore in bagno). Asciugamani forniti con odore non gradevole. La camera risulta molto più piccola rispetto a quanto mostrato in foto. Silenziosa con finestra chiusa ma molto rumorosa anche durante la notte se si tiene la finestra aperta per rinfrescare in quanto aria condizionata assente. 「Snoozles is in an excellent location, the staff are incredibly helpful and thoughtful (everyone is helpful from the front desk to the breakfast service), the room for 4 is good (the bunks are sturdy, towels and soap provided), breakfast is surprisingly nice, and fruit snacks during the day were a bonus. The facility is clean, stylish, and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!!!」

「Whatever this place is, it’s not a hotel in the usual sense of the word. There are no staff. Guests are simply left to enter and fend for themselves. The building is tired. Our shower was blocked with hair and wouldn't drain. I had to remove the hair myself. Paper thin walls meant that not only did we hear every movement and conversation from above, the snoring of the gentleman upstairs could be clearly heard at 4 in the morning, even with earplugs in.
