"We enjoyed a very comfortable king bed in a large and nicely renovated room that overlooked the shops along the street. The bath towels were deluxe and everything was very clean. It almost felt like we were in an elegant hotel from an old western movie but with air conditioning. "

"Check in was fine. Room was nice. Surprised there was no fan in the bathroom. Pool was closed, but I would think by the room being poolside, it could be pretty loud outside the sliding door if the pool was being used. Breakfast had "waffles," but they weren't the kind you bake yourself. They were toaster waffles so we didn't bother with breakfast. Overall a nice property for a rural Iowa city."

"I've chosen this property several times when I come to Keokuk. It is clean and well-equipped, and a better value for me than other hotels in the area. The food service has improved over the past year, and although it isn't as lavish as other hotel chains, it is adequate, considering the more reasonable room rates."
