「The apartment was beautiful It was full of light with two balconies and a full kitchen. The problem was that I couldn't get the electric cooktop to work. I contacted the owner and was told they would only talk through WhatsApp. I set that up and contacted them again. The owner told me how to operate the stove. It did not work. She sent someone over. It took them about 5 minutes to turn it on, and then it kept turning off. I contacted the owner again. She came over, and the same thing was...

「There isn't anyone at the front desk most of the time. When you need help with anything, no one is there to help.」
